Ghajini’s bigger success at the box office than Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi left tongues wagging about how Aamir has finally overtaken the BO king Shah Rukh. However, in spite of nursing a shoulder injury, Shah Rukh turned up at the Filmfare awards recently only to say how stars should be ‘sportive’ about other’s wins as well.
Shah Rukh praised himself by saying, “I always feel that I will win the Best Actor award.” The award eventually went to Hrithik for Jodhaa Akbar and even then the Baadshah was seen enjoying the evening…
Taunting Aamir for not showing up at award functions, SRK said, “An actor has to be sportive about other’s wins as well. I love attending award functions as they honour those who’ve worked hard on their films.”
Shah Rukh’s patch up with the Bachchans is another signal of him showing Aamir and Salman that he still is the best when it comes to maintaining relationships within the industry.
“People call me a good PR but more than anything I am a fantastic person,” said SRK at the recent Amrita Arora wedding too!
So, if you think the lukewarm response of Rab Ne and Billu or even the shoulder injury has calmed down our confident SRK, the answer is no.

gajini may have hit the box office but it does not mean the end of the world. RNBDJ did not have rave reviews but is it not a blockbuster?
Did any one notice that Aamir is copying SRK’s signature poses in the Gajini song Guzarish? It is very very similar to “suraj huva madham” in K3G. I find many of these actors are rying to copy SRK’s pose of spreading his arms in his love songs. I love the way he does it. In fact he domonstrated howto do it in Farhan’s show. SRK, dont worry. All are trying to copy you. Even Aamir!!

You are right but let me correct a little thing in your statement. Ghajni by no means earned RS225 crores. These are all inflated figures rumoured by non-other than Amir Khan
who just wants to show Shah down. Ghajini hardly earned Rs 165 crores net. and RNBDJ earned Rs150 crores net.
Now we all can do the math about who was better.
This shit-head Aamir wants to be Shahrukh but will never be able to get as much fan following as Shahrukh does.
Aamir just doesn’t have the inherent decency and likeability in himself to make him as loved as Shahrukh

I’m a huge fan of Srk but it doesnt mean I dont appreciate the work of others. The Fact is that this time Aamir khan’s Ghajini has beaten Srk’s Rab ne bana di jodi very badly. After watching Ghajini I felt as if after a long time I have watched a block buster. It was just amazing everything was so special and well done. Yes we all like Srk but!!!! but!!! but!!!! srk is still at the top. Don’t u all know how much rab ne earned in international markets it’s beaten amir’s ghajini by 10 crores and is still running in some countries. okay if aamir ghajini won in domestic market but srk is still the biggest star in overseas and the complete proof is that for the past 3 years in a row he has remained no 1 (2006-2008) his movies have always gained more than others in International markets. wats the point being no 1 in domestic the fun is when you’re famous worldwide even today any foreigner knows bollywood by one name srk rather than any other star. As well as in domestic market srk has given 3 huge blockbusters with chak de, om shanti om and rab ne. And all of these movies were top grossers. srk is always more beneficial to his producers and newcomers. rab ne also had much wider release in overseas as they knew srk’s star power comes to the rescue unlike aamir. aamir is getting happy after only giving all time blockbuster but his past movies weren’t that successful as srk’s. If he thinks he can keep giving hits then srk is not behind as my name is khan is coming very soon if his idiots is coming. I wish this time kjo my name is khan gets more acclaim and box office returns so srk can once again show who’s the best
